Project Planning

Before the start of a project we sit down with our clients to establish an initial project plan. We will help you to finalize your choices in regards of all the materials and fittings you have in mind. Once these elements are chosen we will be able to consider together the most realistic work schedule and quotes.

Surveys

Either during the process of buying a property or pre-construction, a survey will save you money and problems on your

forthcoming project. Surveys can assess the state of the building before starting any work, the structural condition of the roof, walls and floors, spotting any faults in the building. Also recommended are damp and woodworm testing, as well as checking the state of waterproofing, insulation and drainage.

Interior Design

Interior design is often perceived as the “fun” part of a project. In reality it is easy to get overwhelmed by the numerous options available. Working with their individual ideas, taste and budget, we make sure that our clients get exactly the look and “atmosphere” they wish for their home, either it’s classic, rustic, shabby chic, contemporary or at times a combination of styles. Considering with much care the harmony between the quality of light, the space and the volume and proportions of each room, we offer a bespoke service helping you to select each item of furniture and decoration from the best design showrooms in Mallorca and internationally. We also collaborate with some of the most talented local artisans, creating exclusive made to measure pieces of furniture to fit your personal requirements.

Landscape Design

Outdoor living is a big part of Mallorca’s lifestyle. We aim to work closely with our client to enhance the potential of their outdoor space and create a harmonious surrounding for their home, selecting the elements that would best suit their taste and the environment. Depending upon the project that could involve creating patios and terraces, ponds or pools, restoring “marges” (the famous dry stone walls), providing for lighting and watering needs, and organizing the landscaped area by selecting the most appropriate plants and trees for the site and the climate. In that respect we always work with the most knowledgeable professionals, each one bringing their craft and love of nature to the project.

Maintenance

Once a project is completed it will be time to enjoy the tranquility of Mallorca’s way of life. However some houses require more maintenance than others and it is always a lot of work.

The services include:

Regular and deep cleaning ( window cleaning and floor polishing )
Ironing and laundry ( dry cleaning service on request )
Garden and Pool maintenance, including pruning, trimming and clearing of trees and bushes, lawn mowing and clearing of gutters.
Maintenance of exposed wood (doors, shutters and outdoor furniture)
Maintenance of any specific machinery (water pumps, boilers, water purifiers, etc…) that demands regular and expert care.
